Your logo is created as a vector file using Pantone colours. When supplying the logo always turn any fonts to outlines.

Unlike images made up from pixels, vector files are made with lines and curves. Because vector files are not resolution dependent, they wil print crisp and clean regardless of the size they are printed. (Vector files end in .ai or .eps)

The Pantone Matching System (PMS) is a library of standard colours which can be reproduced accurately. This will keep you logo colours consistant wherever used.
