We score every ad we ship. Almost nobody else does.

One client names the producing agency inside every ad name. So for three months our creative and their incumbent agency’s ran in the same account, for the same buyer, under the same attribution: 212 of our ads against 370 of theirs, compared line for line. This is what keeping score looks like.

What that looks like account by account.

An agency that actually shows its pricing.

Refreshing, right?

$7,500
+ GST a month, to start

Three month minimum, because month one builds the research and every month after gets sharper.

Roughly $300 a finished ad, researched, shot with a real creator, delivered in every ratio.

Everything we make is yours in perpetuity, raw files included. After the three months, walk whenever and keep it all.

If you’re under $40k a month in ad spend, the form will say so up front instead of taking your money.

Every question, answered.

The fifteen we get asked most, in the order we get asked them.

Every month: original concepts shot by a dedicated creator each, ads cut from your own existing footage, and one-shot text ads, three hooks per concept, delivered in every ratio your buyer needs. First drafts inside 48 hours of a brief. Before any of it, your whole ad account is pulled into our software and ranked on real cost per purchase, your competitors' live library is scraped, and your customers' own words are mined out of your reviews, tickets and Reddit. We research, script, cast, shoot, edit and grade. That is the whole job.

Most creative agencies hand you videos and stop there. Nobody tells you which hook did the work, which creator carried it, or which angle is already dead, so next month starts from the same blank page and you pay for the same guesses again. We grade every ad we ship against the account it ran in, and the next brief starts from the grade. Same deliverable, completely different input. It is also why we can show you a table of our creative measured against another agency's inside one client's account, which is not a thing anyone else in this market can produce.

That is the most reasonable question on this page and it is the reason this company exists in the shape it does. I hired five of the biggest UGC agencies in Australia while I was in-house with a real budget, and not one of them could tell me why one ad worked and the next one didn't. Three honest answers: we qualify hard and say no to brands we cannot move, the work is rated 4.7 on Trustpilot across 29 reviews with the names attached, and you own every asset and every raw file as we make them, so there is no black box to be locked inside.

Do the arithmetic rather than take my word for it. At $40,000 a month in spend and a 3.0x return, the account brings back $120,000. Our entry package is $7,500, so the creative has to move the return from 3.00 to 3.19 to pay for itself, or to 3.31 if your gross margin is 60%. Not double. A fraction of a point. Edward at Maid To Clean put it best in his review: definitely expensive, and the research and the quality ended up being worth it.

Normal, and this page is built to be read by them too. Run the arithmetic above together, then bring whoever needs to be in the room onto the call. The teardown is the same either way and you both keep it whether or not anything happens next.

You can, and you will get somewhere, after a year of learning which parts of it matter. AI writes copy quickly; it does not tell you which of your last 400 ads actually cost you the least per purchase, it does not cast a creator, and it does not know what your customers said in a support ticket in March. Generic prompts produce generic ads, and a generic ad in a $40k a month account is an expensive way to find that out. What you are paying for is the research being right before anyone writes a word, at a volume one person cannot hold.

One approval round a month, in Slack, for the concepts real creators shoot. The other half of delivery needs nothing from you and ships every five days whether or not you answer your email, so your pipeline never stalls because you had a bad week. Rebecca at Canterbury put the ask at less than an hour a fortnight on her side.

First drafts land within 48 hours of a brief and your first batch is ready to launch inside the fortnight. Month one is the slowest by design because it builds the research foundation. Month two is where the loop starts paying, because the account has told us what won. What we will not do is promise you a number. Your offer, your landing page and your buyer decide the outcome as much as the creative does, and anyone quoting you a guaranteed multiple before they have opened your account is guessing with your money.

We have shipped in home appliances, performance apparel, health diagnostics, supplements, fintech, beverage, pet, beauty and SaaS. Familiarity helps at the margins, but the research is what makes an ad specific and we redo it from scratch for every brand, including the categories we know well. The one place it genuinely struggles is a product that does not deliver on what it promises. Creative makes a good product findable; it cannot argue with a bad one.

That is almost word for word what a founder said to me right before their best quarter with us. The bar is simple: $40k a month on Meta with a real growth curve. Under that you cannot cycle enough creative for the data to mean anything, the loop never gets going, and you would be paying for a machine you cannot feed. If that is you, the form will point you at the free system instead of a calendar, and the teardown still lands in your inbox.

In-house usually caps out around a handful of real ads a month and runs on whoever is free rather than on what the account said. Aaron at Dazy Dog had a team and still called us the biggest unlock in the business, because the bandwidth gap was the constraint, not the talent. If your in-house work is already beating your paid creative, keep doing it and put the money into media instead. If you cannot tell whether it is, that is the actual problem, and the free teardown will show you.

Month one builds the research and month two is where it starts compounding, so starting now means the machine is running before your biggest window rather than after you have already paid full price for that traffic. There is also a hard limit on our side: every concept needs its own creator and casting takes time, so we take on a few new brands a month and that is the real queue.

No, and we never touch your ad account beyond read access. We are a creative team, not a media buyer. Your buyer keeps the account and the spend, we keep the pipeline full and use what wins to sharpen the next brief. If you want one company doing both, we are the wrong call and I will tell you that early.

Three months, then month to month. We ask for three because month one builds the research foundation and every month after gets sharper as winners feed back in. You own full usage and whitelisting rights in perpetuity, raw footage included, and you keep every asset if we stop. Anyone who bills you for month one and lets you walk has not built anything worth keeping.

Because knowing the order is not the same as having the machine. What you are paying for is 19,012 ads already pulled apart with real cost per purchase attached, a bench of vetted creators who can be cast this week, and a team that has run this loop across 100+ brands, applied to your account specifically. The method is not the moat. The evidence behind the briefs is.

Do it alone, or get the first month mapped for you.

I pull your account into our software, score every ad you have ever run, record the whole thing, and send it inside 72 hours. No commitment, and no pitch if it is not a fit. You walk away with a plan you can hand your own team either way.

  • Every ad you have run, ranked on real cost per purchase
