The challenge
One product, twelve very different audiences. The person using Linktree as a musician and the one using it as a small-business owner buy for completely different reasons. A single creative message cannot cover both. Most brands paper over that with one generic ad. Linktree did not want generic.
What we did
- 01Audience-first segmentation
Twelve audiences, twelve messages. Each brief built from that specific audience's own language, mined from reviews and community posts.
- 02Dedicated creators at scale
Four hundred US creators, each matched to an audience they actually resembled. A new face and a new avatar for every angle, so nothing read as one person repeating themselves.
- 03Three timezones, one team
A production team that moved when the creators and the market did, so a brief sent anywhere came back without the lag.
The result
400+ ads across twelve distinct audiences. Sourced, pitched and produced end to end. The scale of the segmentation was the whole point, and it held without the message blurring into one generic ad.
Why it worked
Twelve messages, not one. The audience's reason to buy was mined and matched.
Four hundred creators meant real diversity, not recycled faces.
A timezone-aware team kept the pipeline moving around the clock.
