What we did
- This is Gabe's own record as an employee inside Eucalyptus, not agency work for a client.
- 680+ video ads across Pilot, Juniper, Skin.Software and Kin inside the first six months.
- A project on Skin.Software, ideated, shot and edited start to finish, brought CAC to a third of what it should be.
- He left to build Exposure. Eucalyptus came back as a client after that.
What we do not publish
This is an in-house record, not a client engagement, and it is labelled that way deliberately. Eucalyptus was later acquired by Hims & Hers for $1.6B; that is context, not a claim of causation.
Questions
Did Exposure run Eucalyptus's ads?
No. This is Gabe Hutcheon's own record as an employee inside Eucalyptus between March 2022 and February 2024, before he founded Exposure. Eucalyptus later became an Exposure client, after he left.
What was achieved at Eucalyptus?
Cost per acquisition came down across every brand in the group and more than halved in some, off 680+ video ads produced in six months for Pilot, Juniper, Skin.Software and Kin. One Skin.Software project brought CAC to a third of what it should have been.
